Let the riders speak

Gamma's financing changes real lives, but a product page can't prove that. The brand needed authenticity that scaled — the words and faces of actual riders, told with care.

The most persuasive thing a brand can do is get out of the way and let its customers talk. My Gamma Story was built on that belief — a rider storytelling series that turned real customer journeys into the brand's most convincing marketing.

The idea

Gamma Mobility's financing solutions change lives in concrete ways: a rider who owns their vehicle, a household with steadier income, a small dream that suddenly has a route to it. Those stories were already happening. My job was to find them, shape them with care, and give them a stage — humanising the brand and building trust the way no ad ever could: through someone real, telling the truth.

What I led

  1. 01Led the campaign ideation and story development — deciding which journeys to tell and how to tell them honestly and well.
  2. 02Coordinated interviews and reviewed every script, protecting each rider's voice while keeping the narrative sharp.
  3. 03Directed the creative and oversaw video production, from framing to final cut, so the films felt authentic rather than staged.
  4. 04Managed the full social rollout across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn — testimonial video, supporting assets, campaign copy and promotional posts.

The impact

By putting real riders at the centre, the campaign gave prospective customers something a product spec never could: proof, in a human voice. It deepened trust in the Gamma brand, made its financing solutions tangible, and turned satisfied riders into the most credible advocates the brand has.
